Front Panel Graphics
Colour Anodisers artwork department can design suitable graphics or use customer’s own designs from files in formats such as dfx, Adobe, AutoCad, Photoshop and CorelDraw. Graphics are applied by screen printing, chemical/photo engraving, machine engraving or Aluprinting.
Front Panel Construction
Colour Anodisers front panels can be manufactured in aluminium, stainless steel, painted steel, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, Formica, etc. Metal front panels can be bent, folded and fitted with threaded studs, bushes and stand-offs as required ready to mount your circuit boards.
Aluminium front panels are anodised in house after cutting, punching, bending and surface finishing. This ensures that all edges, countersunk holes and bevels are protected by anodising.
Front panels can be manufactured in stainless steel up to 3mm thick using our CNC punching machines then engraved, chemically etched, or screen printed as required.
